Congratulations to Jose Clemente, mathematics teacher at Westbury High School, who was named Houston Independent School District Secondary Teacher of the Year at HISD's annual Educator of the Year banquet at the Hilton Americas on Friday May 17. Jose was a participant in the 2018-19 RUSMP academic-year course, Calculus for High School Teachers. We are so proud that Jose is a member of the RUSMP family!
