RUSMP research and evaluation efforts provide evidence-based insights and strategies to improve mathematics instruction, student learning, student achievement, and the professional development of PreK-12 mathematics teachers, teacher leaders, and administrators. RUSMP contributes to the growing body of research on teaching and learning and professional development in PreK-12 mathematics education and STEM education. We evaluate the impact of RUSMP on teachers, teacher leaders, students, administrators, and schools. Our research and evaluation clarify the role RUSMP plays in educational reform at classroom, campus, district, state, and national levels. RUSMP also conducts research and program evaluation in STEM education for other organizations.
As an Houston ISD-approved provider for Research and Evaluation, RUSMP welcomes the opportunity to conduct program evaluations for all our partner schools and school districts and for projects on STEM education at institutes of higher education.
