Mahtob presented two posters titled " The role of self-efficacy, leadership, school-work environment, diversity beliefs, and social network in teacher retention” and “Development of teacher leaders in high-need urban schools” and a paper titled “Master teaching fellows’ reflections of teacher leadership.”
