RUSMP hosted a successful Fall Networking Conference at the RIce School/La Escuela Rice on September 15, 2018. The conference spotlighted the RUSMP Texas Teacher Externship Program (TEX2), a collaboration with Bluware. Andrew Kennedy, Agile Practice Manager from Bluware, gave a keynote presentation entitled Organizational Culture in Software Delivery, where participants interactively explored collaborative project development. This was followed by presentations made by the participants in the externship program about their summer experiences.
The conference concluded with participating teachers sharing discussing connections bwtween numeracy and literacy. Attendees developed the following concerns and recommendations.
