An article written by Danya Corkin, Assistant Professor Psychology, University of Houston-Downtown, Adem Ekmekci, RUSMP Director of Research and Evaluation, and Richard Parr, RUSMP Executive Director was recently published in The Australian Journal of Teacher Education. The article, "The Effects of the School-Work Environment on Mathematics Teachers’ Motivation for Teaching: A Self-Determination Theoretical Perspective," investigated how factors of teachers' school-work environments predict their self-efficacy and intrinsic value for teaching.
