RUSMP is pleased to announce that Dr. Yetkin Yildirim has joined our team as our new Director of STEM Projects. In this role, Yetkin will oversee RUSMP's ever-expanding STEM presence including our STEM programs for teachers and students and our STEM collaborations with other educational organizations. Dr. Yildirim has served as the Director of the Engineering Education Research Center (EERC), where he conducted research regarding new developments in model-based learning activities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education. He received his Masters (1998), and Ph.D. (2000) in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He brings to RUSMP his rich science and engineering experience in academics and industry.
